This problem in only some PC. in those pc i tried to download same file using chrome,mozilla etc. But in all browser download failed at the end. I have already tried resetting IE setting, disabling antivirus,using ie without add on etc. But didn't solve. In so many articles i found that this problem was in IE. But for me it happens in all browser.
